This place is awesome. First time i had to come, my car engine blew up on frontage and I had to drop it off over a holiday weekend. They were super kind and compassionate and got my car looked at within a few days. I've been using them to help with a new vehicle and Sean has been amazing. Very friendly service and good prices! Ps, they also have a system to drop you off and pick you up while they work on your vehicle! How cool.

I’ve had my pick up to King’s twice now. This is the shop the provides the customer service quality that I have been looking for. In Nissan’s infinite wisdom they require a special little tool to do their 9 speed transmission fluid change. King’s didn’t have one but got one the day of service. They didn’t half as$ it like other shops that I know would have. They did the job as I hoped for. I get picky with things like transmission services and the more I depth type of services. They nailed it professionally. This is my shop until I’m proven otherwise. And I don’t see that happening. Give them a call.

Brought my vehicle into Kings Auto for an inspection and rear brake service, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The team was incredibly thorough with the diagnostic, taking the time to explain exactly what my rear brakes needed without trying to upsell me on unnecessary repairs. The fix was done quickly, professionally, and the pricing was entirely fair. It's a relief to find an honest shop that prioritizes safety and quality work. My brakes feel perfect now—highly recommend Kings Auto for anyone looking for reliable mechanics!

This shop is so incredibly helpful, they got me an appointment quickly, got the list of possible issues sorted quickly, and provided a detailed report for my car. The manager, Adam, was so kind through the whole process and I appreciate how communicative this shop is. I've never had an auto shop be so transparent about the process, and the work they were doing. Usually I'm begging auto shops to give me updates, but King's auto sent messages, images, and called with updates numerous times over the 2 days they had my car. I'm so thankful they got the issue sorted, and took the time to make sure that everything was properly installed. I really appreciate when auto shops take the time to show me what they did and explain what happened and why. I will absolutely be returning. So happy I found this shop.

NOTE: THIS REVIEW IS ONLY FOR THEIR PRE-PURCHASE INSPECTION (no other service so far). King's was on the expensive end compared to other shops, but definitely thorough and probably saved me several thousand on a rusty, poorly-maintained Toyota 4Runner. I had chosen them based on reviews and impression over the phone. They were friendly and estimated 4 hrs. (a good sign) for their 79-point inspection, which included checking all major components / systems as well as test driving it, scanning the electronic control modules, and checking the CARFAX. They also put it on a lift and checked the undercarriage for rust, leaks, etc. They sent pictures / videos for most items and were willing to talk through everything over the phone afterward. I'd definitely recommend in general; they'll take care of you. My only slight caution is that they might advocate too many fixes that aren't actually needed yet. Several items on the report were just a general recommendation to replace/service "X" part at "X" interval, but nothing about the current state and whether service was needed for this particular vehicle. They also said a few things were "required" that weren't actually urgent or critical to s
